The stadium could …
The stadium could not be farther from gang territory which is really only one or two blocks and hardly dangerous to outsiders. Also, I’ve never seen any smog in that area because of the trash facility, or any smog at all for that matter.

TC will be much happier outside…even if it is downtown…across the street from a trash-burning facility…in the middle of north Mpls gang territory…with smog clouds hanging over the stadium. HERE’S TO NOT FOLLOWING THE WILD’S LEAD AND BUILDING IN ST. PAUL!
